Your primary responsibilities will include: * Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner * Selling blithequark's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call * Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers * Meeting sales and customer experience goals and objectives, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling * Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of customer service, sales, and technical skills.
