For one of our ongoing project, we are looking for a Business analyst experienced on Cerner / Oracle EMR EHR. This is a 100% Remote role and can be done on a Part Time or Full time Basis. Only Local Wisconsin residents will be... considered.
Job Description
Ā Good understanding of Scheduling and Registration, HIM, Provider, Pharmacy, lab and Nursing Workflows is needed.
Ā B.A. shall have experience with the ability to understand and document business requirements for reporting in a HIPAA regulated environment.
Ā Good business process mapping and process capture through Visio flow diagrams is also required.
Ā Experience in change management systems.
Ā Knowledge of vendor-based application release cycle and ticket management.
Ā Ability to identify integration points.
Ā Knowledge of reporting and dashboard maintenance.
Ā Experience in process improvements and I.T. systems integration.
Ā Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ā Ability to work with business teams and good communication and presentation skills.
Ā Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), running regression tests on systems, and identifying, designing, and optimizing new and existing test cases.
Ā JIRA tool experience. (nice to have)
Ā Experience with SQL, PL SQL and CCL code writing.
Ā Existing knowledge of Discern Reporting Portal (Static and Interactive Reporting)
Ā Existing Knowledge of Business Objects Reporting Solution.
