You Are: • Social media savvy: you are authentic online and believe social media is an excellent way to stay connected and share useful information with peers and classmates • A communication expert: you communicate effectively in person, via email and text, and on social media • A good public speaker: you’re becoming a skilled presenter and enjoy giving presentations to small and large groups of college students Key Responsibilities • Participate in our social media marketing campaigns (follow #CengageBA on Instagram!) • Participate in webinars and student panels where you can speak to your individual college experience • Influence product development by participating in focus groups, surveys and calls • Create marketing content—blog posts, videos, and more • Join one-on-one calls with your manager and group calls with the entire Ambassador team Eligibility • Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at a 2-year or 4-year college or university in the U.S • Available to work 3-5 hours/week • Need to be 18 years or older and, if hired, be able to provide documentation regarding eligibility to work in the United States • Able to work on campus for a minimum of 3 months and maximum through graduation Compensation & Benefits • Earn $18/hr with an average number of hours ranging from 3-5 hours per week during the school year • Receive complimentary Cengage Higher Education products (i.e. Cengage Unlimited) • Develop new skills and gain professional experience that employers crave • Snag Cengage swag Cengage Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. Base Pay Range The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
