We are a college ministry movement working to see a generation of college students transformed by the power of Jesus Christ and His Gospel, in partnership with the local church, reaching the world for the glory of God.
THE CCO CALLS COLLEGE STUDENTS TO SERVE JESUS CHRIST WITH THEIR ENTIRE LIVES
1. We share the Gospel with college students and develop passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.
2. We serve together with the church and invite college students into the loves of local congregations.
3. We equip college students with a vision for serving Jesus Christ in all of life - in their studies, jobs, communities, and families - during college and after they graduate.

About the role
CCO Volunteers are invaluable volunteer contributors in the pursuit to Catalyze Kingdom transformation by sharing the Gospel, inviting students into the life of the local church, and mobilizing the Christian community and churches to engage ministry on campus. CCO Volunteers assist in developing deep collaboration between church/community members and students that promotes strong biblical discipleship, life long commitment to the Church, and the flourishing of Christ’s kingdom in their local context and all areas of life.
Purpose of the position:
Catalyze Kingdom transformation at the local college or university by sharing the Gospel, inviting students into the life of the local church, and mobilizing the Christian community and churches to engage in ministry on campus. You will develop deep collaboration between church/community members and students that promotes strong biblical discipleship, life long commitment to the Church, and the flourishing of Christ’s kingdom in their local context and all areas of life.
CCO Volunteers are connected to a College Ministry Team serving college students within a CCO ministry on campus or developed to catalyze a new CCO ministry on a college campus or serve the mission in one of the operational departments.
A regular rhythm of engagement to CCO ministry is determined at the onset of the volunteer role.
