Responsibilities:
Respond quickly to all inquiries for event planning
Calling prospective and past clients
Scheduling on-site visits with prospective clients
Compose correspondence to clients
Attend Client meetings and site visits as necessary
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our decor props and catering options to assist clients in selecting appropriate options for specific events
Advise on general event logistics, timelines, schedules, and vendors
Assist with proposal writing and pricing to meet client needs and expectations
Facilitate the transfer of design contracts, payments, and deposits
Communicate with other departments to ensure each is informed about event contracts and other pertinent information
Qualifications:
One Year of Customer Service Experience
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Multitasking and Planning
Ability to Work in Fast-paced Environment
Ability to Work Flexible Hours
Experience in Food Service is Preferred
