Job Description:

Big Kahuna Wings – West Town is seeking a dynamic and motivated Catering Sales Agent to drive catering sales for our award-winning wings and gourmet menu. This is a commission-only opportunity perfect for a passionate foodie, hospitality professional, or sales agent with a strong local network.

Responsibilities:
• Actively generate new catering leads from local businesses, events, schools, and organizations
• Follow up on inquiries, send quotes, and close catering deals
• Coordinate with our restaurant team for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat clients
• Meet monthly sales targets

Commission & Terms:
• Earn 10% commission on net catering sales you generate
• Commission is paid monthly
• Refunds and canceled orders will not be eligible for commission
• No base salary; this is a performance-based role

Requirements:
• Strong sales or client service background (catering, events, hospitality preferred)
• Existing local network in Knoxville a strong plus
• Self-starter with excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with Big Kahuna Wings' brand, menu, and value
• Ability to track and report your leads and activity weekly
