We launched Deliveroo Hop in September 2021 as Deliveroo’s speedy grocery delivery service and have partnered with some of the world’s leading grocers so you can get the freshest, tastiest food and all of your must-haves right to your front door in as little as 20 minutes. This is an exciting time to join the Deliveroo Hop team within the broader Deliveroo organisation - we’re only just getting started!The RoleOur team is looking for a well rounded analytical Category and Pricing Analyst to drive strategic Deliveroo Hop Category Management, Selection, Pricing and Promotional initiatives across our international markets (UK, Italy and UAE). You will be responsible for: 1) Category Management: conducting range reviews for international markets, 2) Pricing: outlining and developing new processes for our pricing strategy, 3) Promotions: analysing insights into promotional activities. This role involves working with cross functional teams across multiple markets and demands program management and data analysis skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with a strength for continuous innovation and improvement.What you’ll be doingAnalyse, implement and recommend selection range reviews for multiple marketsDevelop SOPs to support internal stakeholders for continuous improvement Be the pivotal touchpoint for internal customers, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable ranging plansLead design, development, improvement and maintenance of ongoing and ad-hoc Selection & Ranging, Pricing and Promotional reporting, processes and analysis Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable formatScale automated solutions and collect stakeholder feedback to drive improvement over timeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years experience in program management, project management, data analyst, or a similar role within an e-commerce, retail or food delivery business Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
