Category Analyst - Equestrian | Western Rider

Our Opportunity:Chewy is hiring an analytical Category Analyst to work on our Equine Category Merchandising team. You will own category performance, strategic projects, and on-boarding of vendor partners, including negotiating business terms and assortment strategy. This candidate will work closely with leading Equestrian brands and companies. To be successful they will be an experienced horse person with a background in Western riding, preferably with competition experience. They will also have excellent verbal & written communication skills, strong attention to detail, absorb information & experiences quickly and apply findings, and analyze & communicate sophisticated problems to internal and external partners. The successful candidate will be flexible, creative, persuasive, analytical, solution-oriented, and able to drive negotiations through to completion.
