- Submit timely and accurate invoices to payers for services provided
- Evaluate payments received and apply them accurately to patient accounts
- Follow up on invoices to ensure prompt payment
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and fee schedules
- Maintain patient and business confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-6 months previous Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions experience
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel and Word
