What you'll do:
ā¢ Lead the planning and execution of all BTL campaigns for the Casino vertical, targeting customer segments across the several lifecycles - from retention to reactivation and cross-sell - through tailored offers, incentives and automated promotional journeys through Optimove.
ā¢ Leverage advanced segmentation and behavioral data to design personalized campaign journeys that enhance player satisfaction and drive long-term value.
ā¢ Own the promotional performance of Casino BTL activity within Optimove, ensuring the design and delivery of impactful offers aligned with player needs and business goals
ā¢ Spearhead data-driven insights to optimize promotional spend, improve return on investment, and enhance player lifetime value.
ā¢ Manage and mentor a team of CVM Specialists, ensuring effective campaign execution, clear prioritization, and ongoing professional growth. Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement.
ā¢ Support operational excellence by ensuring campaigns run smoothly across systems and tools. Act as a point of escalation for Casino BTL promotional issues, partnering with Customer Care and Tech to resolve them quickly and effectively.
What you'll bring:
ā¢ 6+ years of experience in CRM, promotions, or campaign management, ideally in the online gaming industry or a similarly fast-paced, data-driven environment.
ā¢ Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, player behavior, and segmentation strategies, with hands-on experience in driving multi-touchpoint promotional campaigns.
ā¢ Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team while fostering high levels of ownership and accountability.
ā¢ Data-driven mentality, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, extract insights, and turn them into actionable strategies and optimizations.
ā¢ Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and delivering on deadlines.
ā¢ An excellent understanding of Casino products and industry and passion for the game.
ā¢ Effective communicator, fluent in both Italian and English, with the ability to align and influence across functions and present ideas clearly to senior collaborators.
