Join the Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein as a Remote Part-Time Immigration Attorney and help guide prospective clients through the complex world of immigration law — all from the comfort of your home. ⚖️ About the Role: We're looking for an experienced immigration attorney to conduct initial consultations with potential clients 2–3 days per week. You'll handle 10–12 brief consultations per day via Zoom or phone, covering a wide range of immigration matters, including: • Family-based immigration • Employment-based visas • Removal defense • Non-immigrant visas • Investment visas Your role will involve assessing case viability, recommending legal strategies, quoting fees, and working with our in-house team to convert consultations into new clients.
