Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a Carrier Partner at THE LTS CONNECT INC. The Carrier Partner will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with logistics carriers, coordinating shipments, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and addressing operational challenges. Day-to-day tasks include tracking shipments, negotiating carrier rates, optimizing delivery schedules, and resolving logistical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software
• Ability to analyze data, optimize operations, and improve operational efficiency
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve shipment or carrier concerns effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience in carrier relations or freight brokerage is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
