Remote Nurse – PRN (RN or LPN) | Chronic Care Monitoring

Position Overview: We are seeking U.S.-licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) currently residing in the Philippines to join our remote care team. This PRN (as-needed) role involves monitoring patients with chronic conditions and maintaining consistent communication to support their care plans. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage patient data from connected health devices (blood pressure cuffs, glucose meters, weight scales, etc.) • Conduct regular check-ins and telephonic follow-ups with patients • Document patient progress and updates using the company’s digital platform • Collaborate with U.S.-based clinicians under general supervision • Manage multiple patients efficiently while ensuring high-quality communication Qualifications: • Active U.S. RN or LPN license (required) • Prior experience in telehealth, patient monitoring, or chronic care is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote platforms and EHR systems • Flexible availability between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (U.S. time) • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid training • Pay raise • Work from home Application Question(s): • Do you currently hold an active U.S. RN or LPN license? • Which U.S. state issued your license? • Are you currently residing in the Philippines?
