Utilize deep expertise in Mainframe Application Performance to identify and troubleshoot performance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for improving application performance. Develop and implement performance testing strategies to ensure optimal performance of mainframe applications. Utilize various tools and techniques to monitor, analyze, and report on application performance metrics.Communicate and present performance findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mainframe technology and performance optimization techniques. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge of mainframe performance. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of mainframe applications.
