As the Senior Manager of Omni Commercial at Kellanova, you will be responsible for delivering seamless, compelling, and rich experiences at the moment of purchase—both digitally and in-store. Your expertise in retailer media and in-store activation will be essential in developing, selling, and executing an annual commercial plan that prioritizes and optimizes investment across the shopper journey.
In this individual contributor role, you will report to the Director, Omni Commercial – Total Grocery, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Sales, Supply Chain, Business Planning, Finance, and Category, as well as with external media and creative agencies. This is a remote-eligible position, with preferred locations in Illinois, Arkansas, or the New York/New Jersey area. Travel up to 25% is expected.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
• Business Planning - Drive alignment with Sales, Supply Chain, Business Planning, Finance, and Category to ensure successful implementation of strategy and plan.
• Analytics - Develop integrated plans, based on insight, driven by brand purpose, and aligned with sales, category, and customer priorities. Leverage data and technology to get deep understanding of shopper mindsets to enable business operation agility.
• Collaboration - Partner with digital content team to provide retailer thought leadership, identify test and learn opportunities, and measure performance.
• Insights - Deliver category growth for customers and consumer growth for Kellanova through full funnel omni solutions.
• Business Strategy - Manage eCommerce business reviews and forecasting through partnership with performance management team. Improve ROI by reviewing results and recommendations and enhancing plans to deliver growth objectives efficiently.
We’re Looking for Someone With
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
• Extensive Retailer Media, Shopper Marketing, and Ecommerce experience.
• Significant retailer facing experience
• Experience in developing marketing, sales, or communication strategy and plans
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners while driving objective, fact-based solutions
• Strong technology and communications knowledge with the ability to influence and collaborate with leaders in both formal and informal settings
Compensation
The annual salary range is $127,400-$167,160 which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available
