Base pay range $300,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr About the Role We are seeking highly experienced career coaching and consulting professionals to join our national network. As a Career Coach / Career Consultant, you will empower individuals and teams to achieve professional growth, navigate career transitions, and realize their full potential. This is a unique opportunity for seasoned coaches and consultants who thrive on impact, autonomy, and peer collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Deliver individual and group coaching to a diverse client base, including professionals, managers, and executives. • Guide clients through career development, transitions, leadership challenges, and strategic planning. • Design and facilitate interactive workshops, webinars, and training sessions for both individuals and organizations. • Collaborate with other senior coaches and consultants in a dynamic peer learning environment. • Contribute to thought leadership by authoring articles, participating in webinars, and engaging in industry events. • Mentor rising coaches and support the continuous improvement of our methodologies and resources. Qualifications • 10+ years’ experience in career coaching, executive coaching, management consulting, HR, or talent development. • Coaching certification preferred, or significant professional coaching experience. • Proven success in helping clients achieve professional growth, transitions, or leadership goals. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
