Description
PURPOSE
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team to ensure efficient and accurate interpretation of ECG data and delivery of data to Physicians and allied professionals while also exhibiting excellent conversational skills with Customers and Patients. Must be able to pass ECG interpretation proficiency exams and effectively work with proprietary web-based software applications to perform essential job responsibilities.
ā¢ * This is a fully remote role **
RESPONSIBILITIES
ā¢ Analyze and interpret cardiac rhythms with proficiency and evaluate for notification criteria and proper documentation
ā¢ Receive inbound phone calls from Healthcare professionals or patients and utilize appropriate soft skills to ensure a quality interaction
ā¢ Will create, review and send Notification Reports, Daily Reports and End of Use Reports as needed
ā¢ Follow the chain of command for review of challenging EKG rhythms before notifications or reports are delivered
ā¢ Meet quality and performance standards
ā¢ Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures
ā¢ Ability to work on a computer for extended periods, including prolonged screen time, while maintaining focus and productivity.
ā¢ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
EDUCATION AND LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
Certified Cardio graphic Technician (CCT)
EXPERIENCE
ā¢ 1 year of related experience preferred
ā¢ Training program certifying rhythm analysis training
KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING
ā¢ Demonstrate a team centered and patient first initiatives with a positive attitude
ā¢ Knowledge of medical terminology specific to cardiology
ā¢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
ā¢ The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
ā¢ The ability to read and follow detailed instructions, maintain accurate records, and complete and produce quality reports
ā¢ The ability to follow procedures and learn support technology
ā¢ The ability to plan, organize, multi-task and adapt to priority changes
ā¢ The ability to use standard computers and basic office software
ā¢ Knowledge and usage of business English, spelling, grammar and punctuation
ā¢ Attention to detail
ā¢ Be willing to work overtime or extra hours as needed.
Salary And Benefits
The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $22/hr to $26/hr.* The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience. The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401K retirement plan.
