Are you a self-starter with a high level of attention to detail? Are you interested in working in a Trading environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Capital Markets Middle Office Trading Operations team in Weehawken, NJ.
As a member of the Capital Markets Trade Operations team you will:
Provide day to day support of Capital Markets Trading Desks
Own key risk controls for Capital Markets product suite, focusing on Structured Products
Evaluate procedures and processes with a focus on continuous improvement
Perform mandatory daily functions of: Trade correction and allocation, Risk management, P/L calculation, Customer service: Trader/Sales and FA support, Position reconciliation, Regulatory Reporting (FINRA TRACE)
Your team
The Capital Markets Trading Operations team supports all Middle Office functions related to a broad array of transaction products, with focus on financial and regulatory control as well as supporting Wealth Management branches and clients. Analysts will be expected to be adept at handling inquiries involving multiple types of financial transactions and must be comfortable with interacting with a number of different internal business partners.
Your expertise
2-5 years of applicable work experience
Recognize and effectively manage risk
Precisely execute detail-oriented tasks
Prioritize multiple issues while delivering within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Develop a deep understanding of trading processes and the systems used to execute them
Experience with strategic projects a plus
Familiarity with Regulatory reporting also a plus
