We are seeking a qualified Canadian CPA or Tax Preparer to assist with filing T2 and HST returns for a small corporation. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing corporate taxes and be familiar with Canadian tax regulations. I am looking for a Canadian CPA or experienced tax preparer to review and file corporate tax returns for a small Canadian corporation.

Key details:

Canadian corporation based in Ontario

This engagement is for 2024 filings only

2025 will be filed afterward, once 2024 is complete

The business will be dissolved after required filings are completed

No operating revenue in 2024

Only incoming funds were investor capital contributions

2024 expenses include:

Contractor payments

Legal and accounting fees

Software and hosting

Advertising

Travel

Meals and entertainment

Bank fees

Additional context:

All 2024 expenses are already organized and categorized

HST registration effective February 21, 2024

2024 HST ITCs have already been calculated

No payroll, no T4s, no revenue

No money left in the business account; costs will be covered personally

Clean Visa and bank statements available

Review my prepared numbers for 2024

Input and file:

2024 T2 return

2024 HST return

Ensure filings are accurate and compliant

Brief guidance on dissolution timing after filings

Potential follow on work to file 2025 once ready

I am not looking for bookkeeping or reconstruction work. This is a review and filing job using numbers I have already prepared.
