About the American Express Discovery Program: The American Express Discovery Program (ADP) is a three-day in-person and virtual diversity-focused program that affords promising undergraduate students the opportunity to learn about American Express, our business units, culture, and colleagues from our colleague network groups including the Black Engagement Network, Hispanic Origin and Latin American Network and our Office of Enterprise Inclusion, Diversity and Business Engagement. As part of our Blue Box Values, we embrace diversity and stand for inclusion.

We are looking for students from diverse backgrounds- with a strong-work ethic, intellectual curiosity, ability to build relationships, and an interest in the financial services industry. We are also looking for individuals with the following: Leadership aptitude Desire to continually learn, collaborate and grow. Current enrollment in full-time undergraduate degree program; and Graduation Date between December 2024-June 2025 Application Process: We are accepting applications from students in a variety of majors, including Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics or related quantitative or business majors.
