Calling Elementary Schools For Scheduling

We run The EcoHero Show, an educational music + literacy program that has performed at 2,000+ schools across California. We’re growing and have 3,000+ schools that could book our services this year. Your job will be to call schools during US Pacific school hours and identify the correct 1–2 decision-makers (e.g., principals, activities coordinators, or teachers who handle assemblies). Instead of emailing random staff, you’ll ensure we only reach out to the right person at each school. This keeps our outreach highly targeted and professional. Responsibilities: Call schools from our list to confirm the best contact person for EcoHero Show bookings. Verify correct email + phone details for that contact. Update our shared spreadsheet with that info. Communicate clearly and provide daily/weekly updates. Requirements: Fluent English with clear phone communication. Comfortable making calls to US schools during PST school hours. Detail-oriented — accuracy in contact info is critical. Prior experience in phone outreach, customer service, or lead generation is a plus. Hours: Must overlap with US Pacific school hours. 9am-4pm PST.
