As a Business Analyst at blithequark, you will be an integral part of the Benefit Development and Backing team, providing high-level analytical support to drive business decisions. This cross-functional role will require collaboration with various stakeholders, including Sales, Field Operations, Benefit Development Management (PGM), Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to support business decision-making. Analyze the performance of various pilot initiatives using testing frameworks such as A/B Testing. Maintain and update necessary tools based on business requirements, such as BPM or Course Planning models. Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions to address them. Proactively search for trends and patterns in the data to identify opportunities or areas for improvement. Support the design and development of blithequark tools to improve financial targets and value chain capabilities. Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements. Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and design executive dashboards. Perform other related and assigned tasks. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting. Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities. Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Proficiency in other MS Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of Profit and Loss Statements. Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex tasks. Strong collaboration and change management skills. Ability to work independently with strong accountability. Entrepreneurial thinking to drive innovation in total system service. Commitment to continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications To further enhance your candidacy, you may possess: Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.
