Call Centre Agent Intern
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller Intern to join our sales and lead generation team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead qualification, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce our IT services, AI/ML solutions, and staff augmentation offerings.
Research and identify potential business clients through LinkedIn, databases, and online directories.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and interest in our services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow up with potential leads through email, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
Strong command of English (US/UK clients) and/or Hindi (Indian clients).
Ability to research and identify potential clients using online tools.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
