Epiq Systems Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.

Responsibilities
Ā handle potential claimant inquiries and claims.
Ā answering inbound and outbound calls
Ā processing email, chat and callback interactions.
Ā Must have 1 year of previous call center experience shown on resume
Ā MUST HAVE YOUR OWN COMPUTER AND INTERNET**** WORK FROM HOME***
Ā Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent and be willing to submit to a background check!
