Position Overview – What You’ll Do Every Day
The Remote Call Center Representative role is a pivotal link between patients, prescribers, and arenaflex’s pharmacy network. Working from the comfort of your home, you will harness arenaflex’s proprietary data‑entry platform to manage patient enrollment, handle medication requests, and resolve complex inquiries—all while adhering to strict HIPAA and state regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize arenaflex’s pharmacy data‑entry system to accurately enter patient demographics, enrollment details, and prescription information.
Process inbound and outbound communications—including phone calls, secure messages, and emails—to address patient medication needs, clarify prescription instructions, and resolve order discrepancies.
Interpret and apply SIG codes, dosage instructions, and refilling rules in compliance with HIPAA and state pharmacy regulations.
Investigate and resolve missing or inconsistent medication data by coordinating with prescribers, pharmacy technicians, and external providers. Escalate complex cases to senior staff or specialty teams when additional expertise or authorization is required.
Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in arenaflex’s electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring data integrity and audit compliance.
Support pharmacy technicians on‑site and remotely by providing timely information and troubleshooting assistance.
Complete required certifications and training within the first 90 days and maintain active professional credentials throughout employment.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills—ability to log on/off, navigate applications, save/print files, and browse the internet using standard browsers.
Data Entry & Keyboarding: Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with a focus on accuracy.

Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
