Job Overview:
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product and service information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:
