Order Management Representative Fully Remote
Our client in the electrical industry is seeking an Order Management Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills , attention to detail and exceptional organization skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Order Management Representative
Location: Fully Remote (within commutable distance (100 miles) of Peachtree... City, GA)
Pay Range: $22.00/hr
What's the Job?
- Reviewing and processing sales orders following business guidelines including new order generation and releasing orders to distribution centers
- Escalating order issues to appropriate retail team members
- Run and maintain reporting to assist in appropriate order prioritization
- Serve as a liaison between IT, sales teams and operations
- Provide order management for coverage for Menards, Brokers, Wholesalers and Co-Op Retail customers
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year experience with order management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Power BI
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- 1 year experience in customer service
