The average sales agent earns an average of $14 -$16 an hour. Starting pay is $10 plus commission.
Candidate Qualifications:
Must live in Alabama.
High School or GED Diploma (Required)
Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service/Sales Call Center experience (Preferred)
Excellent written communication skills; attention to detail, data accuracy, and speed.
Ability to navigate multiple technology systems, and multi-task.
Interpreting data and questions to create first contact resolution.
Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment.
Must have excellent grammar, punctuality, speed, and the ability to thrive in a complex organization.
Must be able to think proactively and collaborate effectively.
Must be willing to submit/pass a background checks.
