Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call center, is preferred

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations
– Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
