Your Mission
As the C-Level Sales Manager, youβll report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of sales leadership across the organization. You will: - Lead, mentor, and scale the national sales team Develop and execute a clear, ambitious sales strategy aligned with company goals - Drive revenue growth through enterprise-level client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and upselling initiatives Establish KPIs, manage sales pipelines, and create forecasting models to track and boost performance- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and account teams to align efforts and maximize results Represent Skyscraper Insurance at key industry events and with strategic partners - Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and integrity
Who You Are
Proven experience in a C-Level or VP Sales role, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a high-performance B2B environment - Strong leadership presence with experience managing multi-regional or remote teams - Deep understanding of commercial insurance sales cycles, producer development, and closing strategies - Analytical thinker with the ability to build processes, optimize funnels, and lead with data - Skilled at motivating others while remaining hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - You thrive in a performance-based culture and enjoy scaling teams and systems from the ground up
