You bring guest-level curiosity and a beginner’s mind—a rare blend of creative storytelling, performance‑driven marketing smarts, and production rigor. You move fast, enjoy the chaos, obsess over results, and love crafting marketing that feels magical.RESPONSIBILITIESProduce ads at scale: Write copy, design images/video, launch into ad consoles (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), and monitor metrics.Own results end-to-end: You’re not “just making creative”—you’re accountable for performance and iterating quickly.Team environment: Work alongside other Creative Producers in a high-energy, competitive environment where performance is transparent and celebrated.Iterate weekly: Test 100+ creatives/month, optimize for CTR, conversions, and ROI.Move fast: Skip the bottlenecks—no separate copywriter/designer handoffs.
