Our INSPIRE culture sets us apart in how we interact not just with patients, but with our communities and each other.The Buy & Bill Procurement Lead supports centralized procurement operations for Crossroads Treatment Centers. This role focuses on process management, training coordination, and daily operational support.Key responsibilities include monitoring supply and demand to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing waste, partnering with finance to reconcile invoices and ensure purchasing accuracy, and enforcing inventory compliance with internal policies and external regulations.This role also provides go-live support for new and existing clinics and contributes to strengthening overall Buy & Bill team performance.Day in the Life Monitor inventory levels across clinics to ensure adequate supply while minimizing waste and overstockCoordinate with clinic staff and vendors to manage ordering, delivery schedules, and product availabilityReconcile invoices and purchase orders in collaboration with the finance team to ensure accuracy and complianceMaintain accurate procurement and inventory records, including tracking usage trends and forecasting demandSupport and enforce internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirementsProvide training and support to clinic staff on procurement systems, inventory procedures, and compliance standardsIdentify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, cost control, and operational effectivenessServe as a liaison between operations, finance, and vendors to resolve procurement-related issuesSupport REMS & ICS audits and ensure documentation is complete and aligned with organizational and regulatory standardsLead and support go-live activities for new clinic openings, ensuring procurement and inventory processes are set up effectivelyAssist in developing and standardizing Buy & Bill (B&B) processes across all locations Operational ExecutionSupport new clinics through B&B implementation and launchProvide ongoing training to all authorized ordering representativesReport operational and revenue process gaps and retrain where necessarySchedule & LocationsTravel onsite when needed to support day-to-day operations.
