In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Your primary focus will be designing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue metrics, and customer lifecycle performance. You will develop scalable, self-service reporting tools that empower teams to answer key questions independently, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Additionally, you will analyze performance trends to identify opportunities and risks, providing clear recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
