[Remote] HNWI Tax Manager - Flowthrough, C.P.A., Tax Review

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedRemote Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance and planning for clients, ensuring adherence to tax laws while providing strategic tax advice. Responsibilities • Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns for various entities including C-Corps, S-Corps, and partnerships • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws, keeping up to date with any changes in tax legislation that may affect clients • Provide strategic tax planning and advice to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and efficient tax structuring • Review and analyze tax returns prepared by junior staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Develop and implement tax compliance policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed within the firm • Assist clients with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions and activities • Train and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development Skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Active CPA or EA license • Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a public accounting environment • Minimum 3 years of reviewing tax returns • Experienced working with HNWI, Trust, Estate or Gift tax • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experienced TaxSenior and Tax Supervisors are encouraged to apply • MBA or Master's in Taxation • Prior Wealth Management or Family Office experience Benefits • Annual Bonus • 3 weeks PTO + Sick + Holiday • Path to Partner • 401k with 2% match • Profit Sharing • Company events, ballgames and more Company Overview • CyberCoders is a recruiting firm locating job positions across all industries, including finance, education, engineering and healthcare.It was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in Irvine, California, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
