Responsibilities
Ā Produce compelling narratives through visual media for various marketing topics.

Ā Work directly with Marketing Executive and Leadership to understand communication needs.

Ā Conduct in-depth audience analysis to determine optimal creative direction.

Ā Facilitate collaborative working sessions with stakeholders and negotiate feedback.

Ā Collaborate with Marketing Executives to craft impactful narratives that reflect the brand.

Ā Develop stories from concept to creation, aligning with business objectives.
,
Ā Use graphic and multimedia design skills to transform written narratives into visually stunning stories.

Ā Create and distribute content for presentations, reports, newsletters, and more.

Ā Promote continuous improvement of visual design strategy and brand guidelines.

Ā Identify communication challenges and devise actionable plans to enhance storytelling.

Ā Educate and upskill others in storytelling and communication design.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Ā 5+ years of experience as a Visual Storyteller/Graphic Designer in a marketing or communications team.

Ā Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
