Position Overview

Our ideal candidate will have experience with Lockbox Operations and a strong ability to work collaboratively to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Oversee the operations workflow and assist the team in executing transactions and processes.
Ā Monitor and coordinate the operations workflow and assist team members with escalated issues.
Ā Coach team members and provide applicable training.
Ā Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ā 3+ years of experience in a related field.
Ā An Associates degree or equivalent education.
Ā Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
