The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and managing secure scalable and efficient identity and access management solutions within our cloud-based industrial data fabric environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop robust IAM architectures and implementation standards for cloud manufacturing platforms ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.Implement and maintain identity governance and administration frameworks including single sign-on multi-factor authentication and privileged access management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing manufacturing systems and data pipelines as well as our already existing AD Structures AWS Secrets Manager and Beyond Trust management methods.Monitor and manage IAM systems to ensure the security and integrity of sensitive manufacturing data.Stay abreast of the latest developments in cloud manufacturing technologies and IAM trends to recommend improvements and innovations.QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM engineering with a focus on cloud-based environments and industrial data management systems.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure data fabric technologies integration technologies and IAM protocols such as OAuth OpenID Connect and SAML.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java JavaScript Python or C Sharp and experience with automation and scripting tools.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Certifications in cloud technologies AWS Azure and IAM CISSP CISMExperience with data analytics self service analytics and machine learning in a manufacturing context.Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and mentor junior engineers.Certifications RequiredCertifications in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure) and IAM (e.g. CISSP CISM).Work AuthorizationCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.Compensation: - Comp is in the range of $140 K to $150 K/Annum.
