Job Description:
• Understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and supporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP & CSRD is a plus.
• 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• 2+ years of processing mapping and proficiency in BPMN.
• Ability to turn data and analysis into clear stories and actionable insights.
• Understanding of automation and integration technologies.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• 2+ years of hands-on project experience in the design, configuration /development, and delivery of business process solutions.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with diverse cross-functional groups
• Self-directed, independent worker able to start from high level objectives and able to deliver detailed analysis.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Lucid Charts is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and Translate business needs and data collection processes into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Identify standard technology capabilities that meet business needs and propose best practices, recommending standard solutions, minimizing customizations
• Collaborate and work directly with Public Affairs, Finance, IT, EHS/Ops and other teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Document current and future state processes.
• Evaluate data collection processes and propose standard-aligned alternatives
• Maximize use of technology to streamline and automate processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and compliance across systems.
• Develop and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure all enhancements are compliant with IT standards.
• Proactively identity and mitigate progress barriers.
• Work directly with users at all levels withing the organization and provide timely, supportive services.
