Business Management Associate (Entry Level)
We are one of the lead event marketing and promotions firms in the Philadelphia area. Our clients have given us the opportunity to market their brands and assist in promoting top-of-the-line products and services. Our Entry Level Business Management Associate is responsible for utilizing their relationship-building skills to provide unparalleled service to customer accounts and clients.
Entry Level Business Management Associate Responsibilities:
• Attend daily meetings to stay up to date on all client knowledge, standards/expectations, and customer turnover
• Work alongside other Associates to most effectively achieve projected office goals
• Communicate directly with the clients and our customers on services delivered expanding on the advantages and closing retail sales opportunities
• Complete all transactions accurately and efficiently maintaining client confidentiality
• Follow all client guidelines and regulations while interacting with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience
• Attend and participate in virtual networking calls to expand product knowledge, sales training, and improve client partnerships
• Learn new strategies pertaining to service promotions, maintain the goals of the office, and work closely in a team environment
Entry Level Business Management Associate Qualifications:
• A background in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or Communications is highly preferred
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• An outgoing, energetic, and determined demeanor when interacting with others
• An undeniable drive for success and professional advancement in a lucrative industry
• A knack for relating to a multitude of personalities and developing a sense of comfort with new customers
• A reliable and self-sufficient personality
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to grow within our organization is a plus!
• This is an in-office position, so reliable transportation to and from our Philadelphia office is required. You will also travel to local events, so a personal vehicle is highly preferred.*

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
