We are engineering the future of UA with our data-driven approach and community of over 40 million users engaging with games, apps, and surveys.Based in the heart of Berlin, our collaborative approach offers the opportunity for our clients to acquire 10,000 users daily, providing consistent value and improved ROAS in the short and long term.What You’ll DoLead high-priority projects in the APAC region: Take full ownership of key projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.Business development support: Assist the CEO & country managers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities such as partnerships, market expansions, and product innovations.Develop a deep understanding of the business: Engage with all aspects of the company, from user acquisition to product development, to gain a comprehensive view of how the business operates.Facilitate cross-departmental coordination: Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams on objectives, timelines, and resource needs.Optimise operational efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes.What You’ll BringYou have experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development or business strategy roles.You can lead and execute projects independently, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition.Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with the leadership team.Analytical mindset: Able to extract insights from data and make strategic decisions based on business intelligence.Fluent in English & Japanese.Korean is a plus.What Makes You a Great FitYou are passionate about researching projects, going deep into new stuff and starting to implement hands-on with cross-functional teams.You have a no job is too big or too small mindset.
