Business Execution Associate - Advisory Fee Billing

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate as part of the Advisory Fee Billing team within Wealth and Investment Management Operations. The Advisory Fee Billing team supports the fee process which includes quarterly billing, exception processing, and manual billing adjustments. The Associate will assist with driving forward projects and collaborating with other key partners to automate tasks when applicable, identifying inefficiencies and streamlining operational processes. In this role, you will: Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost... savings opportunities Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 6+ months of brokerage experience 6+ months of advisory fees experience Experience with researching, developing, writing, and editing operational procedures and documents Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently BETA experience Knowledge and understanding of system testing including: creating plans, cases, procedures, scripts, and identifying expected results Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Leadership skills to influence across all organizational levels to gain commitment to accomplish business goals Strong attention to detail and strong time management skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Job Expectations: Ability to work a hybrid schedule Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Posting Location: 550 S 4th St, Minneapolis, Minnesota Posting End Date: 2 Jun 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
