Role Description Mercor is sourcing experienced professionals to support the creation of high-quality strategic documents that serve as the foundation for executive and business presentations. These individuals will analyze source materials, synthesize insights, and develop structured outlines and narratives used in professional slide decks across domains such as investment analysis, market research, drug development, and executive reviews. Familiarity with presentation formats is essential, though the core focus is on content development and document creation. Key Responsibilities Analyze internal and external data sources to generate structured briefing documents Draft clear, well-organized content used to support executive presentations and strategic reviews Collaborate with stakeholders to define messaging, flow, and narrative structure Produce supporting materials (e.g., memos, summaries, talking points, annotated outlines) for use in slide creation Apply domain-specific understanding to contextualize findings and recommendations Qualifications 3+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment analysis, or a similar field Demonstrated ability to synthesize research, data, and stakeholder input into structured written outputs Experience developing decks for at least one of the following use cases: board reviews, business reviews, investment memos, grant proposals, or product strategy Strong written communication and analytical skills Familiarity with formatting standards for executive or board-level presentations Requirements Remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule Project-based with flexible weekly hours Project durations vary (typically 1–4 weeks) depending on scope Work spans multiple sectors including healthcare, enterprise software, life sciences, and finance Benefits $60–110/hour depending on experience, domain, and geography Paid weekly via Stripe Connect You’ll be classified as an independent contractor Application Process Submit your resume to get started Complete a brief form outlining relevant domains and writing samples We’ll follow up within a few days with next steps
