THE ROLEThe Regulatory & Legal Compliance Intern will work closely with the Regulatory & Legal Compliance Director and Corporate Governance Program Manager to support compliance programs in accordance with various legal obligations. This intern will be responsible for supporting global regulatory & legal programs across the business. This intern will act with the highest level of integrity and business and personal ethical standards in all aspects of job performance.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOMonitor and research compliance related laws, regulations, and legislative updates pertaining to Live Nation Entertainment.Proactively identify and discuss emerging compliance issues with the Compliance team.Assist with drafting appropriate policies and program documentation as needed within various compliance program.Assist with routine compliance review to ensure that regulatory and legal compliance procedures are followed and remediated as appropriate.Assist the Compliance team with executing action items related to existing programs.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Bachelor's degree required and current enrollment at an accredited law school.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills.Passionate and willing to learn.Ability to take initiative and multi-task with strong follow-up.Ability to learn quickly and work with a team.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information.Ability to work in large global environments spanning multiple time-zones.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
