Title: Business Development Representative Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Compensation: $50-70k base comp, $100-120K OTE About the Role Join a rapidly growing SaaS company that helps manufacturers improve quality and productivity through cutting-edge technology. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for operations leaders and engineering teams—driving outbound prospecting and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives. What You’ll Do Target mid-market and enterprise manufacturers across industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, and electronics. Build prospect lists and run high-volume outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn. Qualify prospects by uncovering production and quality challenges. Communicate how advanced technology reduces scrap, rework, downtime, and inspection costs. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and share market insights. Consistently hit monthly and quarterly meeting and pipeline goals. Ideal Candidate 1–3 years in SDR/BDR or outbound sales (SaaS or industrial solutions preferred). Comfortable making 40–60+ cold calls daily. Strong communication skills with technical and operational stakeholders. Curiosity about manufacturing, automation, and emerging technologies. CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce). Resilient, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. Nice to Have Background in industrial/manufacturing sales. Familiarity with quality systems, automation, or vision technology. Experience with outbound tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
