e're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to help drive our growth in the Philippine financial ecosystem.If you're looking for a challenge and the opportunity to participate in building an exciting, global product, then this role is for you! ⚡️ You will:
Research and reach out to potential partners across a variety of industries, including but not limited to: Credit and Debit Cards, Business Loans, Crypto Platforms, Deposit Products, Insurance (Motorcycle, Health, Travel), Remittance Services,E-wallets, Telco Services
Lead partner outreach, negotiations and onboarding
Collaborate with the product, marketing, and operations teams to integrate and grow partner performance
Communicate directly with PH-based legal counsel on contracts and compliance
Collect and organize all required documentation for accreditation and onboarding
Handle ad hoc operational and legal-related tasks as needed
Report directly to the Country Lead for Finmerkado.ph
You have:
2+ years of experience in business development, legal operations, partnerships, or account management within the PH financial ecosystem
Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—especially with legal or compliance documentation
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable working remotely with a cross-border team What we can offer you:
