Location: Remote in Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio, Texas
Salary: Up to $120k + comms

Role Overview
We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing EV infrastructure provider that delivers turnkey charging solutions across commercial, multi-family, and fleet sectors. Following continued expansion across Texas, they are looking to hire a Commercial EV Charging Sales Consultant to drive new business and build a strong regional presence.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role offering significant earning potential and the opportunity to play a key part in scaling a fast-growing business within the e-mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and execute a territory sales strategy across key Texas markets
β’ Prospect and secure new business with commercial property owners, developers, and fleet operators
β’ Conduct consultative sales processes, identifying client needs and delivering tailored EV charging solutions
β’ Advise clients on available incentives, grants, and rebate programs
β’ Prepare and present proposals, commercial offers, and contracts
β’ Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking within CRM systems
β’ Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
β’ Build and grow long-term client relationships to maximise revenue opportunities
Candidate Profile
β’ 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred within EV charging, renewable energy, electrical contracting, or a related sector)
β’ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
β’ Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
β’ Highly organised and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
β’ Willingness to travel across the assigned territory
