Typical Day in the Role
ā¢ Purpose of the Team: The purpose of the SMB team is to help support digital startups and ISV. Cultivate and help with the success of a 70 FTE team, globally.
ā¢ Key projects: This role will contribute to helping new team leader set up his team, assisting with budget management, travel coordination hiring and onboarding activities.

ā¢ Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
ā¢ Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. Preferred bachelor's degree or a data certification (Example, power BI or excel certification)
ā¢ Disqualifiers: Candidates with missing required skills will not be eligible for the role.
ā¢ Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous Microsoft experience, business management or generalist background, Office management, and experience working in a high speed environment
ā¢ Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on responsiveness and quality of work.

1. Minimum 8-10 years experience with strong written communication, experience with creating newsletters and professional emails
2. Minimum 8-10 years experience with supporting large team, ideally a global team
3. Minimum 8-10 years experience with Microsoft suite; Excel, Power BI, have a willingness to learn CoPilot if not already familiar

ā¢ Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP
ā¢ Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 2 rounds. First round, 15 minute phone screen, 2nd round 30 minute panel interview with 2 leaders.
ā¢ Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have provided a sample copy of a written Newsletter with resume, candidate should be prepared to discuss during the assessment.

Supports the internal continuation of business operations during all times, including periods of change or special circumstances through tactical execution of continuity plans.
Supports the annual budget process under the direction of others.
Tracks the use of role-based compliance trainings and new trainings, as well as collaborates on culture initiatives (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion [D&I], hiring, onboarding) while partnering with Human Resources (HR) to do so.
Contributes to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment.
Partners with communications team to land internal content such as email cascades.
