The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales and client acquisition, working on a commission-based compensation of 20% on the released revenue.
Responsibilities:
Identify, research... and target potential clients in the IT sector independently.
Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to secure business without any lead data provided.
Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
Take full responsibility for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to the management team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, specifically in the IT sector.
Track record of successfully acquiring clients independently, without data or leads provided by the employer.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to take complete ownership of the sales process.
A commitment to achieving results and a willingness to work on a commission-based arrangement at 20% of released revenue.
Compensation: This role offers a 20% commission on released revenue for each new client acquired and managed successfully
