About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Development Analyst, you will provide administrative support to the BDM team. This includes providing research, client reports, and data entry helps support strategic business.
This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.
What Youâll Do:
⢠Responsible for management and maintenance of the market database. Track progress and issue periodic updates to leadership.
⢠Manage the input of leads into the tracking system.
⢠Ensure tracking reports and dashboards are accurate and completed on time.
⢠Prepare materials for the execution of proposals.
⢠Work with cross functional teams both internal and external for proposal generation.
⢠High level of communication skills required.
⢠Ability to manage manage mutiple projects simotanuiosly while maintaings deadline requirements
⢠Act as the local software expert, assisting BDMâs, support staff, and management in the use of the tool.
⢠Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
⢠Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
⢠Impact the quality of own work.
⢠Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
⢠Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding.
What Youâll Need:
⢠Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
⢠Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
⢠Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
⢠In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
⢠Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
⢠Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidateâs education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $56,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $60,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateâs skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREâs applicable benefit program.
