Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist for Seniors (Remote, Flexible Hours – LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) Positions: We have options for 1099 and W2. Therapists looking for 25+ hours a week have the option for W2. Responsibilities As a licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will have the opportunity to: - Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting. - Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. - Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team. - Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system. - Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have: - A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy. - An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in the state of Maryland. - Experience working with the geriatric population. - Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.
